Our Focus on Education
Education is a key component in helping people form opinions about substance use and abuse. Drug-ARM is involved in both the development and delivery of education seminars for staff or client groups.
With young people, our focus with education is with individuals or small group work. We have found it is better to deliver targeted education for those who need it, rather than undertaking large group presentations where at-risk students will often be overlooked. We do provide larger group education workshops by request for community agencies such as parent support groups, churches or employers.
