Geoff has worked for Drug-Arm Christchurch in the capacity of Manager since 2002. Geoff has been directly involved in the development and implementation of specialised interventions for youth and adults experiencing difficulties with drug and alcohol.
Geoff has also worked extensively within the Youth Justice & Corrections Systems to develop and deliver therapeutic drug and alcohol groups and individual counselling.

Lis first worked with Drug-ARM while on clinical placement in 2012. We were very impressed with her work and passion for the people we serve and were delighted to be able to have her join our staff team at the beginning of 2014.
Lis works in a clinical role with both youth and adults within the Justice & Corrections system, residential programmes and in community settings. A particular area of interest and specialty for Lis is creative therapies and she facilitates Drug-ARMs Art-East studio space.

Vikki has a background in art and creativity. She started her journey with Drug Arm in 2015 as a volunteer, teaching workshops and sharing her creative knowledge with our groups. In 2022, Vikki joined our staff, facilitating creative mentorship and art groups at Art East as well as the wider community. Vikki is passionate about using Art as a strengths-based focus to assist with healing and wellness.
